Accessibility Report
Report Creator: November Five
Evaluation Commissioner: November Five
Evaluation date: Mon Jan 27 2026
Executive Summary
Overall, the L’Atelier du Pain website is largely WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliant for the pages and user journeys that were included in scope. The core experiences – discovering the bakery, browsing products, checking locations and opening hours, and using the main contact and information flows – are generally accessible to keyboard users and to people using common assistive technologies. Structure, headings, colour contrast and responsive behaviour are implemented in a way that supports a wide range of users and devices.
During the evaluation, no critical blockers were found in the primary, in‑house built pages. Most success criteria in the areas of perceivable, operable, understandable and robust content were met consistently across the sampled templates. Where relevant patterns repeat (navigation, buttons, forms, cards), they behave predictably and are identified in a consistent way, which helps both screen reader users and sighted keyboard users.
The main accessibility gaps are related to a limited set of third‑party form field options and widgets that are embedded in the site (for example, specialized input controls or external services used for forms and transactions). These components are partially outside the direct control of the site’s own codebase and currently do not fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA requirements for input assistance and error prevention. While these issues do not block basic browsing of the website, they can create barriers for some users when completing specific form steps.
In summary, the website provides a solid and accessible base experience, with a small number of targeted improvements needed around third‑party form elements. Addressing these external components—either by configuring them for better accessibility, replacing them with more accessible alternatives, or adding compensating measures—would further strengthen the overall conformance and user experience for all visitors.
